2. Collection at source:

Raw materials are collected directly from producers to guarantee freshness and traceability.

3. Transport under cold chain at 4°C:

The ingredients are transported at a controlled temperature to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic qualities.

4. Gentle cooking at 82°C:

This slow, low-temperature cooking protects proteins, retains essential nutrients and intensifies flavors.

5. Protected proteins and optimal digestibility:

Thanks to this unique process, our kibbles retain the natural quality of the proteins, ensuring maximum digestibility and better assimilation for your animals.

6. Reinforced quality controls:

Each batch undergoes extensive testing in state-of-the-art laboratories before being released for sale.

Noble ingredients, worthy of human consumption

At Maison Lancio, we don't use low-quality by-products. No heads, bones, or slaughterhouse waste: our recipes are made with carefully selected, high-quality meats and fish.

The raw materials used could end up in human food, but they are processed exclusively in factories certified for animal feed, in accordance with the legislation.

Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception de votre commande pour nous informer de votre décision de vous rétracter.

Conditions de retour

Les produits doivent être retournés neufs, non utilisés, non ouverts et dans leur emballage d’origine. Pour des raisons de protection de la santé et d’hygiène, les produits alimentaires descellés ou ouverts ne peuvent pas être repris. Les droits liés aux garanties légales pour les produits défectueux, endommagés ou non conformes restent applicables.

Demande de retour

Avant tout retour, contactez-nous à maisonlancio@gmail.com en indiquant votre numéro de commande et le motif de votre demande. Les instructions ainsi que l’adresse de retour vous seront communiquées par e-mail. Les retours envoyés sans demande préalable peuvent ne pas être acceptés.

Frais de retour

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf si le produit est défectueux, endommagé, non conforme ou si une erreur de préparation de commande nous est imputable.

Remboursement

Après acceptation du retour, le remboursement est effectué sur le moyen de paiement initial dans un délai maximal de 14 jours. Nous pouvons différer le remboursement jusqu’à la récupération des produits ou jusqu’à la réception d’une preuve d’expédition du retour.

Échanges

Nous ne proposons pas d’échange direct. Pour recevoir un autre produit, effectuez le retour du produit concerné puis passez une nouvelle commande.
